Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping on all orders
• All orders are processed by the close of business at 5 p.m. CST on the day of the order or by 5 p.m. the following day if received after 5 p.m.
• Orders are shipped from multiple warehouse locations depending on your shipping address/
• Fulfillment times vary and depend on our partnered warehouse locations or manufacturer locations.
• Normal shipping times are 3 to 5 business days except for in-demand items, which may require additional shipping times up to 14 days.
• Low-quantity items may require additional shipping from overseas suppliers and extended shipping times of up to 30 days.
• Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next available business day and non-holiday business day.
• Packages will be fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. There is an option to have the package held at a FedEx or UPS location for no additional charge (for items over $5,000).
• Please note that we can only ship to the billing address listed on the credit card used for the order.
• Purchases that do not meet our security guidelines will be canceled and refunded at our discretion as soon as possible.
