Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no fees for shipping or returns and exchanges of merchandise.
Refunds
Orders are processed by the close of business at 5 p.m. CST on the day of the order or by 5 p.m. the following day if received after 5 p.m. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next available business day and non-holiday business day.
Exchanges
Orders are shipped from multiple warehouse locations depending on your shipping address. Normal shipping times are 3 to 5 business days except for in-demand items, which may require additional shipping times up to 14 days.
Process
Fulfillment times vary and depend on distribution or manufacturer locations. Low-quantity, out-of-stock and import items may require additional overseas transit times and may experience extended fulfillment of up to 30 days.
Damages
Please note that we can only ship to the billing address listed on the credit card used for the order.
RMA
Returning merchandise is completed through a (RMA) Return Merchandise authorization process. Items can be returned if they are defective, damaged, need repair or change of mind.

How to Start a Return Merchandise Authorization
Use the form below to initiate a merchandise return. You will receive a shipping label by email to return your item. The following are the steps in completing your return:
- Start your return request by completing and submitting the form below
- We will assigned an RMA number for your return
- You will receive a return label with instructions by email
- You ship the item back
- We receive and verify the returned item
- We issue a refund or ship the replacement
